Bankstone has been retained on a multiyear contract to provide a total outsourced claims service for Bikesure, the specialist motorcycle insurance operation within the Adrian Flux group.
Bankstone secured the deal in advance of the expiry of an existing five-year tenure providing outsourced claims services to Bikesure, having demonstrated an ability to extend and enhance its value proposition against a rapidly evolving insurance claims landscape.
